Home Retention QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Retention Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate front and back-end debt to income ratio
• Verify occupancy, hardship, and income with required documentation provided by the borrower
• Perform a thorough analysis to ensure the quality of each income underwrite and compliance with guidelines for approved/denied workout options

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in mortgage default servicing, loss mitigation, or workout preferred
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA/VA workout requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals
