A company is looking for a Home Retention Specialist to assist borrowers in resolving financial issues related to home ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and request necessary documents for assistance applications
• Access multiple systems to inform borrowers about loan workout terms and deadlines
• Provide information on escalation procedures and ensure compliance with mortgage laws and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or loss mitigation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, and FHA/VA workout requirements
• Familiarity with FDCPA and CFPB Servicing Guidelines
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
