Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Warranty Consumer Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle marketing and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize renewal conversion strategy across the customer lifecycle, focusing on retention and renewal performance
  • Lead strategy, development, and optimization of email, SMS, and automated lifecycle programs
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field
  • Home Warranty or home services industry experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience, emphasizing direct-to-consumer, lifecycle, retention, or renewal marketing
  • A minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience across campaigns, promotions, and multi-channel execution
  • Demonstrated success in driving renewal conversion and retention performance
