Homecare Homebase Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the configuration and customization of Home Health & Hospice EMR applications, the full-time Homecare Homebase Analyst will participate in release management, solve complex Help Desk issues, and review new functionalities, all while working onsite in Dallas, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the configuration and customization of Home Health & Hospice EMR applications
- Participate in release management activities, including prioritizing new functionality and application upgrades
- Act as a Tier 3 resource for resolving complex Help Desk issues and requests
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting EHR/EMR solutions in the Home Health and Hospice industry
- Strong understanding of clinical, field, and back-office processes
- Proficient understanding of Medicare, HMO, and Commercial Insurance billing practices
- Experience implementing and supporting EMR/EHR Point of Care (POC) solutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
