Job Summary
A company is looking for a Homeland Security Intelligence and Emergency Management Adjunct Faculty Instructor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach online courses within the core requirements of the graduate and undergraduate programs in Homeland Security, Intelligence, and Emergency Management
- Engage students through frequent interaction, collaboration, and application of learning in problem-based demonstrations
- Provide constructive feedback, assess student work using rubrics, and demonstrate subject-matter expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Homeland Security, National Security, Intelligence, Emergency Management, Public Safety, or Criminal Justice from an accredited institution
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education
- Ability to teach remotely
- Terminal degree in Homeland Security, Intelligence, and Emergency Management, or related field for teaching graduate-level courses
- Professional experience in related field, preferably in managerial, operations, or staff roles
