A company is looking for a Homeowner Specialist to support their Home Improvement and Energy Retrofit programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support outreach and marketing to attract qualified homeowner applicants
• Assist homeowners in submitting complete applications and provide technical assistance
• Conduct eligibility reviews and ensure compliance with program rules and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or housing and community development
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel between job sites
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software for communication and data management
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance details
