Homeowner Claims Advocate

Job Summary

Managing subrogation inputs and collections, the full-time Homeowner Claims Advocate will identify new subrogation opportunities, implement procedures, and provide guidance to team members while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and resolves complex customer communications and issues
• Collaborates with Subrogation Adjusters and Litigation Attorneys to recover funds on complex Property Losses
• Documents claims and advises management on training and development needs related to subrogation processes

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Homeowner's Property claim handling, settling, adjusting, or evaluating
• Experience in Homeowners Property claim subrogation is a plus
