Job Summary

Managing complex homeowner property claims in litigation and appraisal, the full-time remote Homeowner Litigation Adjuster will drive litigation strategy, conduct thorough investigations, and negotiate settlements while ensuring superior customer service throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end handling of homeowner property claims in litigation and appraisal, including litigation development and strategy
• Conduct thorough investigations and coverage analysis on complex claims, issuing coverage position letters as needed
• Independently scope and write property damage estimates while maintaining thorough file documentation and adhering to reserving best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of homeowner claims experience with a focus on litigation matters
• Proven ability to independently scope and write property estimates in Cotality
• Experience managing the appraisal process from invocation through award
• Strong verbal negotiation skills and a track record of collaborative litigation strategy
• Active adjuster license(s) or eligibility to obtain licenses in required states
