Job Summary

A company is looking for a Homeowner Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an individual lead database and pipeline according to company standards
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to engage prospective homeowners
• Qualify leads by assessing homeowner needs and schedule appointments for senior sales consultants

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in financial services, mortgage, or real estate industries is preferred
