Homeowners Operations Consultant

Job Summary

Acting as a critical strategic liaison, the fully remote Homeowners Product Operations Senior Consultant I will manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring the successful rollout of new product launches and compliance mandates while leveraging data tools to enhance operational transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Connects business operations with IT teams to execute strategic initiatives on time
• Tracks and organizes complex state-by-state launch plans for Homeowners lines of business
• Facilitates large-scale cross-functional meetings to communicate project status and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational coordination or project execution experience within the insurance industry, preferably in Homeowners or Property lines
• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional teams and meetings
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Strong familiarity with SharePoint Forms, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI dashboards
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts is preferred but not required
