Job Summary
A company is looking for a Homeownership Specialist to facilitate the home buying and selling experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume inbound/outbound communications and provide personalized customer service
- Assist clients in the pre-qualification process for home purchases and coordinate with team members for resources
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM system and support strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, or hospitality preferred
- Demonstrated ability to guide clients through complex processes required
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
