Job Summary

A company is looking for a Homeownership Specialist to facilitate the home buying and selling experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high volume inbound/outbound communications and provide personalized customer service
  • Assist clients in the pre-qualification process for home purchases and coordinate with team members for resources
  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM system and support strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, or hospitality preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to guide clients through complex processes required
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
