Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and smooth running of daily centre operations
• Conduct enrolment consultations with parents and support admissions processes
• Build strong relationships with parents and gather feedback on expectations and preferences

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or Senior Teacher in the enrichment industry
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong parents and schooling culture
• Operationally minded and able to work independently
• Comfortable teaching and engaging parents directly
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varied tasks
