Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centre Manager / Senior Teacher.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver English and writing lessons, adapting curriculum materials for Hong Kong learners
• Support daily centre operations, monitor performance indicators, and propose operational improvements
• Conduct enrolment consultations with parents and gather insights on market expectations and competitor offerings

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or Senior Teacher in the enrichment industry
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong parents and schooling culture
• Operationally minded with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable teaching and engaging directly with parents
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage varied tasks
