Horizontal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of Distribution Center (DC)-facing capabilities, the full-time Horizontal Product Manager will manage the product vision and roadmap for ERP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or Cincinnati-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DC-facing ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with supply chain and operations objectives
• Partner with DC Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product specifications
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, delivery, rollout, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on supply chain, distribution, or ERP-enabled solutions
• Hands-on experience in DC Operations or as a Product Manager for DC-facing products
• Proven ability to manage horizontal/platform products across multiple business units
• Strong understanding of ERP-integrated supply chain workflows and data flows
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and prioritization
