Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Horticulture or Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Learning Designer and XR Simulator Developer to create an educational game for horticulture or IPM courses
• Ensure the educational tool aligns with the curriculum and meets educational standards
• Engage in transforming scientific principles of IPM into interactive game mechanics

Required Qualifications

• An advanced degree (Master's minimum) in horticulture, IPM, or a related field with significant professional experience
• Experience in collaborative work focused on educational content development
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software
• Experience with online teaching and/or distance learners is desirable
• Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the organization
