Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice After Hours Program Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign new patients to clinicians and coordinate day-to-day schedules for field staff
• Respond promptly and courteously to all patient and staff inquiries or problems
• Collaborate with management regarding client concerns and ensure compliance with agency policies

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry; experience in home care/hospice is desirable
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Capable of meeting all physical demands of the position
