Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Sales Representative, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to execute growth strategies
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities across multiple contacts
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and agencies

Required Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• Demonstrated excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
