Hospice Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

Hospice Scheduling Specialist assists in coordinating patient services and schedules for clinical staff in a full-time, remote position requiring Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily patient appointments and schedules for clinical field staff
• Generate and manage scheduling reports to ensure timely patient visit assignments
• Participate in daily scheduling huddles and communicate essential information to the management team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• At least two years of scheduling experience, preferably in hospice
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with critical thinking and problem-solving
