Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Triage Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered, compassionate care
Manage after-hours care delivery and support clients' nursing staff

Qualifications:

Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
Experience with end-of-life care is strongly preferred

Must pass background check and nurse licensing check
