Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Triage Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
• Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered, compassionate care
• Manage after-hours care delivery and support clients' nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience with end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy
• Must be able to follow instructions, read directions, and be confident using technology
• Must pass background check and nurse licensing check
