Job Summary

A company is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive volunteer recruitment program
• Maintain an effective volunteer training and orientation program
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospice or volunteer roles
• Familiarity with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation
• Experience with training/facilitation and public speaking
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to self-development through continuous learning
