Hospital Account Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist II - Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims for hospital clients, ensuring timely resolution and payment processing
• Submit and correct medical claims in accordance with guidelines, addressing errors and denials
• Investigate and follow up on payer issues to collect insurance accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience as an ARS I or 1+ years in hospital medical billing/follow-up
• Experience with hospital and/or physician claim follow-up and appeals
• Experience with EMR systems such as Meditech, Epic, or comparable platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
