Hospital Bill Audit Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Bill Audit Eligibility and Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze claims to verify eligibility for HBA audits and update payment methodologies
• Analyze client-provider contracts to determine payment accuracy and identify overpayment calculations
• Document payment analysis outcomes and approve or reject claims for audit based on research

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of experience in medical claims processing, billing, collections, or contract analysis
• Understanding of payment methodologies and ability to calculate correct payment amounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work full-time, Monday - Friday
