Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Revenue Management to lead a remote team of billing specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily billing activities and ensure compliance with payer requirements
• Measure employee performance and manage scheduling to meet organizational goals
• Provide training, development, and conduct performance appraisals for team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience required
• Proficiency in Epic Resolute is required
• Minimum 3 years of hospital billing experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
