Job Summary

Leading the billing operations in a remote full-time capacity, the Hospital Billing Team Lead will oversee the revenue cycle management process, ensuring accurate and timely billing while developing strategies to optimize efficiency and revenue capture.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee billing operations and ensure compliance within the revenue cycle management process
• Monitor and analyze billing performance metrics to drive improvements
• Provide training and mentorship to billing staff to enhance team performance

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in hospital and physician claims follow-up and denials management
• 1 year of experience in team coordination
• Proficiency with hospital EMRs such as Cerner, Epic, and McKesson
• Experience with various billing systems including Waystar and Quadax
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
