Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Care at Home RN for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care to acute care patient populations in the home setting
Monitor and respond to biometric data per company protocols
Conduct home and audio/visual patient care visits as directed by the care team

Required Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered California state RN license
Three (3) years of RN experience
Med/Surg or Nursing experience in an inpatient hospitalized setting
Must have RN Compact (multi-state) license in addition to a CA license
Clinical knowledge and ability to promote patient safety
