Hospital Care Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Hospital Care Coordinator will manage relationships with medical facilities, coordinate equipment deliveries, and educate patients and staff on respiratory therapies and durable medical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between SuperCare Health and hospital personnel for seamless coordination of equipment deliveries
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities and drive referrals
• Provide timely consultations to patients and families regarding equipment usage and ensure compliance with medical documentation requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience in medical supply, home medical equipment (HME), or related healthcare industries
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis codes
• Proven experience in customer service and relationship-building within a healthcare setting
• Sales experience in a healthcare or medical-related field is preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently
