Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and refunds accurately and timely
• Coordinate with staff to ensure correct processing and pursue account balances
• Respond to calls and provide assistance to patients and internal clients regarding billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of hospital collections experience
• 1+ years of experience with appeals and denied claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
