Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and correspondence accurately and timely
• Coordinate with staff and reconcile account balances and payments
• Respond to calls and provide customer service to patients and providers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of hospital collections experience
• 1+ years of experience with appeals and denied claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
