Key Responsibilities

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and correspondence accurately and timely
• Reconcile account balances and pursue payments or denials, ensuring maximum reimbursement
• Provide assistance and customer service to patients and internal clients regarding billing and payment issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of hospital collections experience
• 1+ years of appeals and denied claims experience
• Experience navigating insurance portals for claim resolutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
