Hospital Executive Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital / IDN Executive SME - Executive Presence & Value Storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate sales narratives to ensure alignment with executive perspectives
• Co-design realistic executive role-play scenarios and provide authentic objections and questions
• Define an executive presence scoring rubric and provide feedback on submissions

Required Qualifications

• Current or recently retired hospital or IDN executive (within the last 5-7 years preferred)
• Experience in roles such as CFO, COO, or Chief Clinical Officer
• Deep familiarity with capital approval and budgeting processes
• Ability to articulate executive decision-making processes
• Preferred experience in evaluating or purchasing medical devices or capital equipment
