Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Hospital Price Transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Hospital Price Transparency Analysts, ensuring effective workload distribution and adherence to SLAs
• Audit data outputs, perform hands-on testing of enhancements, and prepare client-friendly reports on findings
• Translate regulatory changes into operational updates and provide subject matter expertise for product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in managing analytical or operations teams in healthcare revenue cycle or related domains
• Advanced knowledge of government regulations impacting hospital price transparency
• Practical understanding of healthcare provider business processes, including clinical coding and billing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
• 5+ years of coding and/or billing experience in a healthcare environment; active coding certification preferred
