Job Summary
Supporting the CMS Hospital Quality Reporting Program, the full-time salaried Hospital Quality Reporting Manager will coordinate project activities, manage contractor oversight, and facilitate communication among stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, including work plan development, timeline management, and progress tracking to ensure successful execution of the Hospital Quality Reporting Program
- Serve as the primary liaison with the CMS quality reporting support contractor, aligning priorities and monitoring performance to facilitate timely completion of deliverables
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting materials, while identifying opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, information management, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, program support, or healthcare quality reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and support timely completion of work in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for drafting and workflow efficiency is preferred
