Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Scheduler responsible for supporting the Preadmission and Surgery departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, check, and deliver patient charts for surgeries or procedures
• Schedule Preadmission appointments and check in patients upon arrival
• Perform clerical duties related to patient charts and record keeping

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures
• Ability to interact skillfully with nursing and ancillary departments
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
