Job Summary
Fostering strong relationships with hotel clients, the full-time remote Hospitality Account Manager will drive revenue growth, optimize accounts, and negotiate competitive terms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with hotel clients as their primary point of contact
- Evaluate account performance and implement strategies for optimization and revenue growth
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms to ensure mutual profitability
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in Hotel Revenue/Reservations/Leisure Sales
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Ability to work US/EST hours
