Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospitality Account Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Hospitality Sales team with customer and order management tasks
  • Assist with order entry functions and ensure order fulfillment by liaising with factory associates
  • Communicate critical sales order terms and maintain knowledge of hospitality products and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Associate's degree is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with order metrics and accuracy checks
  • Ability to work remotely while residing in the East Coast time zone
