Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hospitality Account Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Hospitality Sales team with customer and order management tasks
- Assist with order entry functions and ensure order fulfillment by liaising with factory associates
- Communicate critical sales order terms and maintain knowledge of hospitality products and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Associate's degree is a plus, but not required
- Experience with order metrics and accuracy checks
- Ability to work remotely while residing in the East Coast time zone
