Job Summary

Supporting daily operations and team execution, the full-time Hospitality Assistant Team Lead will manage staffing schedules, oversee performance management, and ensure operational excellence for premium hospitality experiences at Centurion New York.

Key responsibilities

• Managing daily staffing schedules and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage
• Overseeing performance management activities, including coaching and employee recognition programs
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for new hires

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations or management
• Proven experience leading frontline teams and supporting performance management
• Strong operational and administrative management skills, including scheduling and compliance
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in supporting employee development programs and training initiatives
