Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator, Resy Support (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line service and support to restaurant partners and app users
• Troubleshoot issues related to Resy products and escalate critical issues as necessary
• Educate restaurant operators on enhancing hospitality through Resy technology

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in restaurants
• Working knowledge of reservation-management systems and restaurant operations
• Experience supporting technology for a SaaS business
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and MacOS
• Ability to work nights and weekends
