Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst specializing in Hospitality assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection and organization of due diligence material from Agents
• Perform sub-market location research to identify economic drivers and trends
• Analyze property financial statements and make recommendations on underwriting assumptions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
• 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience, including brokerage, lending, or appraisals
• Exposure to hospitality assets is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Understanding of financial principles related to real estate assets
