Job Summary
Leading daily operations and customer experience strategy, the full-time Hospitality General Manager will manage a high-performing team at Centurion New York, ensuring exceptional hospitality and dining experiences while overseeing budget management and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage operations budget and P&L while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Oversee relationships with key partners and suppliers, addressing guest feedback and concerns
- Inspire and coach the team to deliver a premium experience and achieve operational goals
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in food and beverage management, hotel management, or luxury lifestyle/events sector
- Proven experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge
