Job Summary

Leading daily operations and customer experience strategy, the full-time Hospitality General Manager will manage a high-performing team at Centurion New York, ensuring exceptional hospitality and dining experiences while overseeing budget management and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operations budget and P&L while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Oversee relationships with key partners and suppliers, addressing guest feedback and concerns
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver a premium experience and achieve operational goals

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in food and beverage management, hotel management, or luxury lifestyle/events sector
• Proven experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive and measure business results
• Ability to work flexible shifts and manage conflict effectively
