Hospitality Leadership Adjunct Instructor

Job Summary

Teaching a range of hospitality courses, the part-time Hospitality Leadership Adjunct Instructor will deliver in-class instruction, prepare lesson plans, and evaluate student progress while working both remotely and onsite in Worcester, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week and prepare lesson plans for each class session
• Deliver lectures and facilitate project-based learning on various hospitality topics
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools and provide academic advising

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
• Two years of related work experience or specialized training in hospitality if the degree is not in the field
• Ability to organize and lead field outings for student enrichment
• Commitment to professional development and program improvement
• Flexibility to work both remotely and onsite as required
