Job Summary
Teaching a range of hospitality courses, the part-time Hospitality Leadership Adjunct Instructor will deliver in-class instruction, prepare lesson plans, and evaluate student progress while working both remotely and onsite in Worcester, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Teach up to 27.5 hours per week and prepare lesson plans for each class session
- Deliver lectures and facilitate project-based learning on various hospitality topics
- Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools and provide academic advising
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
- Two years of related work experience or specialized training in hospitality if the degree is not in the field
- Ability to organize and lead field outings for student enrichment
- Commitment to professional development and program improvement
- Flexibility to work both remotely and onsite as required
