Job Summary
Teaching up to 27.5 hours per week, the part-time Hospitality Leadership Instructor will plan and deliver courses on hospitality leadership, management strategy, and guest experience while facilitating project-based learning and evaluating student progress both remotely and onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures on various hospitality topics
- Evaluate and monitor student progress using assessment tools
- Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment each module
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
- Two years of related work experience or specialized training in hospitality if the degree is not in the field
- Ability to engage in professional development activities
- Experience in academic advising to support student growth
- Commitment to program improvement through committee involvement
