Job Summary
To support the academic growth of students, the part-time Hospitality Leadership Instructor will teach courses in hospitality leadership and management, prepare lesson plans, and evaluate student progress while working both remotely and onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Teach up to 27.5 hours per week and deliver lectures on hospitality industry topics
- Prepare lesson plans and facilitate project-based learning for student enrichment
- Evaluate student progress and maintain necessary records for academic reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
- At least two years of related work experience or specialized training in the hospitality industry (if degree is not in hospitality)
- Experience in teaching or facilitating adult learning environments preferred
- Ability to organize and lead field outings for student enrichment
- Commitment to professional development and program improvement initiatives
