Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical questions via email, phone, and chat
- Reproduce and troubleshoot software and data issues
- Facilitate customized virtual training sessions for customers
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working in an office environment
- 1-2 years of Hospitality or Restaurant experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage project timelines
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
- Hospitality leadership experience preferred
