Host Communications Lead

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations for Airbnb's central learning and communication platforms, the Host Communications Channels Lead will optimize content management systems and workflows for host messaging, email, and resource delivery in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, QA, and deploy content while managing scheduling and audience segmentation for timely delivery
• Own the technical development and execution of email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards
• Monitor channel performance and collaborate with global teams to localize and manage content effectively

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on content management experience in large-scale digital platforms
• Experience analyzing and improving publishing workflows and campaign operations
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and data teams
• Strong technical communication skills and a working knowledge of product development
• Ability to gather and interpret data and user insights to inform operational decisions
