Job Summary
Leading a team of International Recruitment Specialists, the full-time remote Host Sales Manager will drive host employer engagement and job sales, focusing on acquiring new hosts and maintaining relationships with existing ones while providing gold-standard account management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team to sell to new hosts and renew existing host relationships within a defined territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seasonal goals
- Provide account management to ensure long-term relationships and identify opportunities for growth and retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 3-6 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- A minimum of 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work with remote field staff and adapt in a fast-paced environment
