Key Responsibilities

• Execute specific tasks in various data management tools and prepare deliverables for review
• Maintain project timelines and perform quality control checks on work
• Troubleshoot basic technical support issues and respond to internal requests

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent job experience; Bachelor's preferred
• Background in customer service
• Experience in eDiscovery and proficiency in Relativity is a strong plus
• SQL background is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to a changing environment
