Job Summary

Working remotely, the Hosting Support Specialist will manage website customer support requests, create tailored websites using Poetic templates, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of client support requests, resolving them efficiently through the ticketing system
• Create websites using Poetic templates, identifying content gaps and communicating needs to clients and stakeholders
• Engage in quality assurance processes and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the final product for clients

Required qualifications

• Prior experience with website content management systems is a plus but not required
