Job Summary

Assisting in hotel department operations, the hybrid Hotel Coordinator Assistant will manage incoming calls, confirm hotel bookings for insured families, and maintain accurate records while reporting to the Hotel Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls related to hotel matters and facilitate bookings for insured families
  • Utilize hotel databases and rental websites to secure reservations and confirm details with families
  • Maintain and update records in the ACT program, ensuring accurate data entry and file management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of hospitality industry experience is highly encouraged
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with the ACT program is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
