Hotel Opening Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of hotel opening projects, the full-time Opening Services Project Manager will oversee new construction, conversions, and rebranding initiatives while collaborating with franchise owners and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful property openings at the corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel opening projects from onboarding through to the opening phase
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and ensure successful execution
• Serve as the primary contact for franchise owners and management companies during the opening process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of project management or hotel development experience
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
