Hotel Optimization Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hotel Optimization Specialist to support enterprise customers' managed hotel programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage existing hotel reservations and identify lower-rate accommodations
• Proactively suggest preferred hotel alternatives and execute rebookings while ensuring compliance with policies
• Generate monthly savings reports and analyze program performance for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate travel management or hotel program administration
• Proficiency with travel booking tools and hotel rebooking platforms
• Mastery of at least one GDS, with Amadeus experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
• Solid understanding of corporate travel policies and supplier management
